We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer with expertise in Google Ads and Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) to join our creative team. This role is integral to shaping our brand identity and delivering visually compelling content across digital and print platforms while optimising ad performance and user experience to drive conversions.

You will be responsible for conceptualising and executing high-quality designs for websites, social media, advertisements, and marketing initiatives, ensuring brand consistency, creative excellence, and measurable performance.

  • Design & Production: Create digital and print materials, including advertisements, brochures, social media graphics, email templates, banners, infographics, and presentations.
  • Google Ads Creative Development: Design high-performing ad creatives for Google Display Network, Search, and YouTube Ads that drive engagement and conversions.
  • Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO): Develop A/B test variations for landing pages, ad creatives, and website assets to improve user engagement and conversion rates.
  • Web & UI/UX Design: Create website assets, landing pages, and UI elements to enhance user experience and ensure brand alignment.
  • Ai & CGI Integration: Develop AI-driven designs, CGI assets, motion graphics, and 3D visualisations for diverse marketing applications.
  • Motion Graphics & Video Editing: Produce animated and video content for social media, ads, and website engagement using After Effects and Premiere Pro.
  • Performance Analysis: Collaborate with marketing teams to assess ad creative performance and implement data-driven design improvements.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple design projects, ensuring deadlines and priorities are met.

This role requires a strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret ad performance data and adjust designs accordingly.
