About the Role

We are seeking a talented Digital Designer to join our team at Ksubi, a leading luxury streetwear brand. As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for elevating our digital presence through innovative design solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create engaging ads, multimedia content, and website updates that elevate Ksubi's digital look and feel.
  • Work closely with the Creative team to develop innovative video editing and graphic design content.
  • Implement customer strategy to ensure design decisions deliver across channels, maximizing performance and engagement.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Online teams to roll out creative digital stories across social media, email, and website platforms.
  • Elevate brand positioning by aligning it with consumers' attitudes, beliefs, and expectations through all social media platforms.
  • Develop artworking processes and communicate them across the business.
  • Conduct online competitor analysis based on project significance.

Your Qualifications

  • A minimum of 4+ years as a Graphic and/or Digital Designer in a similar role, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Previous experience in fast-paced creative environments.
  • Extensive experience in rollout work across various digital assets, including static and video content.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (and Premiere Pro or alternative).
  • Experience in creating short-form video content.
  • Clear and concise communication skills.
  • A proven track record of bringing design briefs to life and elevating graphic and video content.
  • A degree or tertiary qualification is highly regarded, or an extensive design portfolio including video and graphic work.
