UMENCO TALENT PTY LTD is seeking a Senior Leadership Position for its executive leadership team.

The ideal candidate will lead the company's strategic direction, focusing on people leadership, commercial growth, and operational excellence. They will work closely with the Founders to drive profitability, manage risks, and ensure continuous innovation across the business.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement a commercial growth roadmap to drive revenue and profitability.
  2. Collaborate with the Founders on trade strategies and evolve the brand's omni-channel approach to maximize growth.
  3. Build and nurture relationships with design industry leaders, vendors, and potential collaborators.
  4. Oversee the wholesale strategy, domestic and international distribution, and manage property leases.
  5. Conduct regular market audits and competitor analysis to inform strategies for business growth.
  6. Champion best-in-class customer experience across all touch points.
  7. Provide leadership in people and culture, inspiring and aligning the team to create a unified culture focused on growth and efficiency.
  8. Work closely with the Founders to guide the leadership team through change and scale, ensuring professional development and fostering a positive company culture.
  9. Lead by example, ensuring teams are aligned with strategic goals and driving performance through mentoring, coaching, and incentivizing staff.
  10. Manage external relationships with key suppliers, leasing agents, and partners, and represent the brand at industry events.
  11. Collaborate with senior management to plan timelines, ensure adherence to critical paths, and implement operational systems designed to accommodate the company's rapid growth.

This leadership role requires a deep understanding of global business environments, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders while ensuring the business remains competitive and efficient.
