Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced marketing leader to drive global brand strategy, growth, and market development as our Global Head of Growth and Brand. You will lead a high-performing team to build and execute marketing strategies that drive global market expansion and brand growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Define and manage a cohesive global brand strategy, ensuring alignment with company vision, values, and growth aspirations.
- Develop customer-centric global campaigns that resonate across diverse markets, including supporting scientific and medical objectives.
- Lead digital marketing execution, SEO/SEM, social media, content marketing, and lead generation strategies.
- Design data-driven, personalized customer journeys that enhance brand engagement and sales conversion.
- Optimize marketing processes, platforms, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless alignment with sales and regional teams.
- Oversee the creation of impactful, regionally adaptable marketing assets, narratives, and content.
- Build and mentor a globally distributed, high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

- Proficiency in marketing analytics, KPI development, and actionable insights to optimize performance.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (or equivalent), Salesforce (or equivalent), and marketing automation tools.
