Operations Manager Job Description

A leading manufacturing company in the building and construction industry is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee plant operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in management, knowledge of the building and construction industry, and a keen eye for process improvement.

The successful applicant will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating all plant operations in accordance with company direction and strategy. Key responsibilities include:
