Job Title

Production Manager

The Production Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations across all shifts, ensuring optimal production performance by driving machine reliability and labour efficiency.

This includes leading and developing the team to identify areas of improvement and implement effective solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing manufacturing activities to achieve business objectives.

 

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team with a focus on open communication and collaboration
  • Champion a safety-first culture that drives behavioural safety and preventative measures
  • Ensure quality standards are met and customer expectations are exceeded
  • Manage manufacturing activities to achieve the most effective outcome in support of business goals

 

Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a 24/7 manufacturing environment
  • Proven experience in leading and managing a team in a manufacturing setting
  • Excellent problem-solving, influencing, and conflict resolution skills
