The Role

We are looking for a Technical Leader to take our technology to the next level. As the Head of Engineering/CTO, you will oversee the development of our logistics solutions, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and oversight to ensure that our software engineering practices align with industry standards.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of experienced software engineers, QAs, and technical writers to deliver high-quality products on time.
  • Infrastructure Management: Oversee the management of our infrastructure, ensuring it is scalable, secure, and meets our business needs.
  • Project Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project roadmaps, timelines, and milestones, and ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in C#,.NET and SQL (MSSQL preferred) development, with extensive knowledge of software engineering best practices.
  • Demonstrable experience in managing a team, with excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Experience in multiple infrastructure set-ups, both cloud and dedicated.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for team management and board-level presentations.
