Administration Team Leader


Job Description:

The Role: Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of staff and contractors.
  • Manage contract arrangements, compliance & performance for contractors & temporary staffing suppliers.
  • Undertake performance discussions & development plans with contractors & staff.
  • Supervise field-based roles.
  • Assist in the management of large restoration claims, including communications with clients, customers, subcontractors, preparing and submitting initial and progress reports, finalizing estimates and preparing files for invoicing.
  • Manage recruitment & acquisition processes in key areas, ensuring the business operates with the skills, knowledge & workforce required.
  • Oversee the employment process & provide staff / contractors with the correct tools, resources & facilities to undertake their required duties.
  • Ensure all employees receive the required introduction, training & mentoring during the early stages of their employment.
  • Develop branding & marketing strategies for client & community engagement.
  • Monitor & manage key delivery performance indicators.
  • Control operational costs in accordance with annual budget forecasts.
  • Develop, implement & improve operational processes.
  • Quality control.
  • Grow & develop client relationships.
  • Investigate existing opportunities, competition & resource availability to ascertain the best strategies to penetrate the market in key areas.
