Retail Store Leader Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate individual to take on the role of Retail Store Leader. This is a fantastic chance to develop and progress within our organization, with tailored training to further enhance your capabilities and skillset.

This key position is responsible for driving high standards within the store, in conjunction with a collaborative and friendly team. You will be an integral part of our succession planning process, working closely with the Store Manager to identify and develop talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Co-lead a team to deliver an exceptional customer experience and drive sales through visual merchandising
  • Manage store administration and operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Coach and train team members to improve performance and skills
  • Contribute to loss prevention initiatives and maintain a safe working environment

Requirements:

  • Passion for providing exceptional customer service and a love for fashion and styling, with a keen eye for detail
  • Training abilities, with a focus on developing others, and empathetic and clear communication skills
