Casual Administration Officer Role

Overview

The Casual Administration Officer plays a vital role in the daily activities of a school, ensuring smooth operation and efficient workflow.

The position requires maintaining student records, handling communication between staff, students, and parents, organizing school events, and supporting the leadership team with scheduling and coordination.

The Casual Administration Officer is responsible for ensuring compliance with school policies and government regulations, managing office supplies, and providing administrative support for teachers and other staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records
  • Handle communication effectively between staff, students, and parents
  • Organize school events and activities
  • Support the leadership team with scheduling and coordination
  • Ensure compliance with school policies and government regulations
  • Manage office supplies and provide administrative support
Requirements:
  • Certificate IV in Business Administration or equivalent
  • Or Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent
  • Or relevant experience
