The Kronos Support team plays a vital role in ensuring the system across multiple sites is used effectively and without error. You will leverage your Kronos expertise to advise and rectify issues.

About the Role

As the new Kronos Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting various sites in using the software, troubleshooting, analysing, and resolving support queries allocated to you.

Duties:

  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and politely with excellent communication skills
  • Frontline communication responding and resolving Kronos issues via email and phone
  • Ensure responses are in line with the Support Communications guidelines
  • Follow relevant processes where a query needs to be escalated to another internal team
  • Understand and use appropriate escalation processes where a resolution cannot be reached in a reasonable timeframe, or within agreed SLA's.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Support team and liaise with Payroll

Requirements

  • Excellent knowledge of Kronos is essential
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Payroll Configuration experience is highly regarded
  • A commitment to outstanding customer service
  • An understanding of payroll processes
  • Diligence and commitment to seeing queries through to full resolution;
  • Initiative and the ability to self-manage
  • A methodical approach to problem-solving with very high attention to detail
  • A proven team player, willing to help others and build effective relationships
