Key Responsibilities
  • Expertise in Encircle, with the ability to prepare reports and deliver them to clients.
  • A thorough knowledge of all contents vehicles and their operation.
  • Maintain accurate records, including Crate Maps and consumable inventories.
  • Ensure proper safety standards are observed on every job site.
  • Train new hires on job management systems, Encircle, and T Sheets.
  • Communicate effectively with clients regarding their jobs.
  • Manage crew productivity, adhering to break times for optimal performance.
Requirements
  • Proficient communication skills in English.
  • Valid driver's license with at least 3 years of driving experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Able to work in various conditions, including heat/non-air-conditioned spaces.
  • Flexible schedule to accommodate occasional night/weekend shifts.
  • Basic computer skills and experience with inventory documentation.
