Marketing Specialist Role

The organization seeks a Marketing Specialist to shape its visibility, brand awareness, and lead generation efforts.

This role involves content development, campaign creation, digital asset development, event promotion, collaboration with internal teams, partners, and vendors, as well as reporting on marketing materials and campaigns effectiveness.

The successful candidate will require a combination of marketing communications, content creation, project management, and operations & administration responsibilities.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage marketing campaigns across digital and print channels, create engaging content for various formats, and collaborate with designers to ensure brand consistency.
  • Maintain website content, write copy for lead generation campaigns, assist with lead generation initiatives, and optimize content for SEO.
  • Develop promotional content and advertising plans for conferences and activities, manage event calendars, and liaise with external organizers and vendors.
  • Track campaign expenses, maintain documentation, evaluate and recommend new vendors/agencies, and build an organized spreadsheet/database of communications material archives.
Requirements

Essential:

  • 4-6 years' minimum of related experience in a marketing/communications role, Certificate/diploma/Bachelor's in related field.
  • Strong communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and skilled at working with highly technical and scientific content.
  • B2B marketing experience required.

Preference given to candidates with:

  • Global experience in a contract research organization (CRO), working with clinical trials content.
  • EST-time zone preferred due to nature of work.
  • Marketing automation experience (e.g. Hubspot).
  • Social media fluency (paid and organic campaigns).
  • Project Management of campaigns - e.g. Monday.com, Asana, Smartsheet.
  • Demonstrated experience in dashboarding, metrics, and analytics.
  • Experience providing a consultative approach to stakeholders on messaging and method of delivery.
