Digital Content Specialist Role Overview

The Digital Content Specialist will collaborate with content creators, digital production teams and subject matter experts to develop processes ensuring the management and maintenance of digital content.

  • Managing website governance via a comprehensive platform
  • Establishing and maintaining accurate content ownership records
  • Conducting post-publishing quality assurance checks to ensure excellence
  • Monitoring and managing website analytics for continuous improvement
  • Identifying and rectifying issues and gaps in digital content
  • Designing and implementing tools to monitor and control digital content
  • Supporting the development of policies, training and guidelines related to the Digital Content Specialist role
  • Establishing content standards and improvement measures
Key Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar role or within analytics, project management or risk management
  • Understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles
  • Experience with search engine optimization (SEO) and keyword optimization
  • Ability to deliver targeted content and insights-led approaches to decision making and prioritization
  • Understanding of analytics and ability to interpret data
  • Capacity to quickly learn new tools and technologies
  • Desire to continuously learn new ways of working and thrive on challenges
