Content Governance Leader

Job Summary:

The Content Governance Leader is a strategic role responsible for leading the development and implementation of enterprise-wide content governance strategies.

This includes ensuring content accuracy, consistency, currency, compliance with regulatory requirements, and alignment with internal policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and Implement Governance Frameworks: Lead the redesign of content governance frameworks to improve efficiency and compliance across the organization.
  2. Define Guidelines and Standards: Establish and implement guidelines for the creation, publication, and review of content to ensure quality and consistency.
  3. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure governance processes are practical, transparent, and scalable.
  4. Develop Measurement Frameworks: Analyze content governance data to identify trends and improve operational efficiency.
  5. Provide Governance Training: Provide governance training, resources, and expert guidance to the business.

Manage three direct reports, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to build capability and team performance.
