About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Digital Product Manager to lead the development and delivery of digital products, ensuring they meet customer needs and business goals.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Own and manage the product roadmap for digital channels, including web, iOS, and Android platforms.
  • Enhance self-service terminal experiences and bridge digital and in-venue retail customer journeys.
  • Use customer insights and data analytics to inform product decisions and prioritization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet customer needs and business goals.
  • Ensure all digital product changes meet regulatory standards.

What You'll Bring:

  • Experience working in product management, managing digital products across web, apps, or SSTs, with end-to-end lifecycle ownership.
  • Strong understanding of UX principles, customer experience, and user-centred design.
  • Hands-on experience with agile delivery teams and omni-channel retail solutions.
  • Strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and problem-solving skills.
