
Broker Partnership Development Specialist

We are seeking a Broker Relationship Leader to drive engagement across all lines of business and foster multi-tiered relationships with top-tier brokers.
- Reporting to the State Manager - WA, this role is pivotal in shaping strategic trading relationships with designated brokers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a panel of brokers and developing a deep understanding of their business to identify opportunities.
- Collaborating with underwriting, claims, and risk engineering teams to deliver our value proposition across segments.
- Driving communication, transparency, and accountability across broker relationships and internal teams.
- Analyzing competitor intelligence and developing plans to gain market advantage.
- Designing and embedding relationship infrastructure across relevant lines and segments.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 5-7 years of industry experience in a broker-facing or strategic sales role.
- Strong knowledge of underwriting and claims processes.
- Proven ability to develop long-term business relationships and strategic plans.
- Experience in relationship/strategic selling, ideally within insurance.
- Operational management experience and a passion for driving business growth.
