Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage SAP (process orders in SAP) and oversee stock levels.
  • Closing off process orders to ensure timely delivery.
  • Develop and manage bills of materials for production.
  • Update material numbers into the system.
  • Conduct regular cycle counts to guarantee accurate stock levels.
  • Develop and implement inventory control plans.
  • Collaborate with other departments through planning meetings.

About you:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in inventory management, planning, or supply chain in a manufacturing environment is required.
  • Excellent Excel skills are essential.
  • Prior experience with SAP is necessary.
  • You must have strong stakeholder engagement skills.
  • A background in the Pharmaceutical industry would be beneficial.
