The Options Consulting Group is seeking an experienced General/Business Unit Manager (CEO & General Management) to drive sales growth and expand the company's presence in key target market sectors.
Role DescriptionThis role involves acting as the primary point of contact for sales, sourcing long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers to develop business opportunities that meet sales targets.
Responsibilities- Expand territory in target market sectors leveraging the company's reputation and social justice ethos when engaging clientele.
- Sourcing new business leads and converting them into live opportunities.
- Managing a team of Senior Business Development staff.
Candidates should have a good level of commercial/business awareness supported by relevant industry (facilities management) experience.
BenefitsThis role offers a competitive salary range estimated at $140,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and performance. The ideal candidate will be naturally confident, have very good time management skills, and be willing to engage with a range of personalities.
