**Position Responsibilities**
  • Manage booking inquiries through various channels, ensuring timely responses and confirmations in line with our reservation policies.
  • Respond to incoming calls promptly and courteously, gathering all necessary information while maintaining a professional demeanor.
  • Utilize every interaction to promote our hotel’s features and maximize sales through effective product knowledge and persuasive communication.
  • Support the Front Office team as needed, particularly during busy periods, assisting with guest check-ins and check-outs.
  • Address guest concerns and inquiries professionally, ensuring that feedback is communicated to the relevant management team.
**Candidate Qualifications**
  • Previous experience in a reservations role or a strong background in customer service, ideally within the hospitality sector.
  • Proficient in computer systems, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with OPERA Cloud is advantageous.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide efficient service and promote upselling opportunities.
