Key Responsibilities

  • Handle Enquiries: Respond to guest inquiries via various channels, ensuring prompt and courteous communication.
  • Answer Calls: Answer calls efficiently, using a specified greeting and obtaining relevant information.
  • Promote Hotel Facilities: Utilize every opportunity to promote hotel amenities and maximize sales through excellent product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Assist Front Office: Provide support to the Front Office team, especially during peak periods, with guest check-in and check-out.
  • Guest Complaints: Handle guest complaints and feedback in a professional and efficient manner, informing the Revenue & Reservation Manager and Front Office Manager accordingly.

Requirements

  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar reservations environment or customer service role, preferably in a hotel setting.
  • Computer Skills: Strong knowledge of computer systems, including Microsoft Office, and competency in OPERA Cloud.
  • Language: Fluent oral and written English skills, with other languages highly regarded.
  • Service: Proven ability to provide prompt and efficient service, including upselling opportunities.
