About the Role
As Queensland State Manager, you will take full ownership of sales strategy, operations, and team performance.
You'll lead a high-performing team, drive growth through new and existing client relationships, and position our brands as the first choice for architects, designers, and builders.
Your focus will be on delivering exceptional results while maintaining the prestige, quality, and sustainability our brands are known for.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Queensland sales strategy and operations to meet growth targets.
Build strong relationships with key clients in architecture, construction, and development.
Mentor and develop a high-performing sales team.
Identify market opportunities and drive new business.
Manage budgets, forecasts, and commercial performance.
Ensure accurate reporting and operational excellence.
What You'll Bring
A proven track record of winning new business and smashing sales targets (5+ years).
Inspiring leadership skills with experience growing high-performing teams.
Strategic thinking paired with sharp commercial acumen and market insight.
Exceptional relationship-building, persuasive negotiation, and closing skills.
Expertise in securing specification-based projects and expanding client portfolios.
Strong skills in forecasting, budgeting, and margin optimisation.
Industry knowledge in architecture, design, and construction (premium building materials highly regarded).
