Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a People Manager, focusing on compliance and governance activities.

  • This role plays a key part in supporting the strategic delivery of our people agenda, working closely with the Head of People & Culture.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support to the Head of People & Culture, including participation in forums and approvals as needed.
  • Support local coordination requirements of core processes such as performance reviews, talent calibration, and engagement actions.
  • Drive compliance and governance activities, including policy reviews and regulatory obligations.
  • Coordinate employee lifecycle initiatives, including onboarding and offboarding.
  • Offer subject matter expertise on employment law and risk mitigation.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in Human Resources roles, particularly in business partner positions.
  • Strong operational HR experience across employee relations, compliance, performance, and lifecycle delivery.
  • Solid understanding of Australian employment law and industrial instruments.
