Job Opportunity: Human Resource Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Human Resource Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the broader team, with a focus on project coordination and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support high volume end of year processes
  • Project coordination and support
  • Strong stakeholder management experience
  • Experience in case management, ER Specialist would be ideal
Requirements:
  • Adaptability and collaborative mindset
  • Ability to work in a dynamic HR environment
  • Experience within Higher Education or public sector is desirable
  • A valid Working With Children Check or willingness to acquire one is required
