This multifaceted role plays a pivotal part in the success of a boutique property investment firm with an impressive track record and strong growth trajectory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-level support to the CEO, including complex diary management, travel coordination, and communication.
  • Manage investor onboarding, distributions, reporting, and AML KYC compliance.
  • Prepare board packs, presentations, IMs, and investor updates.
  • Liaise with stakeholders, clients, and third-party providers across marketing, finance, and tech.
  • Oversee office operations, including supplies, systems, events, and new starter onboarding.
  • Maintain and manage the CRM system (Salesforce), assist with compliance, and coordinate investor queries.

Requirements: 5 years of experience in an EA, investor relations, or office management role, ideally within property, funds management, or financial services. Strong communication skills and a natural relationship builder who is professional, confident, and personable. Detail-oriented, proactive, and solutions-focused, you get things done and enjoy a challenge. Tech-savvy with strong Microsoft Office skills and experience using Salesforce or similar CRMs.
