Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the implementation of our capital evaluation framework and manage the evaluation schedule for major health projects across NSW.

The successful candidate will work closely with Local Health Districts/Specialty Health Networks, and the HI Project teams to gather evidence, tailor evaluation approach, and report on outcomes and findings at both the system and project level.

This is an exciting opportunity to embed a culture of evidence-informed investment across NSW Health.

About the Role
  • Lead the implementation of the capital evaluation framework
  • Manage the evaluation schedule for major health projects across NSW
  • Work closely with Local Health Districts/Specialty Health Networks, and the HI Project teams

Requirements

  • Proven ability to lead complex project reviews and assess multifaceted outcomes against intended objectives
  • Strong understanding of NSW Treasury and NSW Health planning, evaluation, and investment decision requirements
  • Excellent analytical and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Relevant qualification in economics, evaluation or social research, public health, or a related field
