We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of commercial and residential new build construction projects in Brisbane.
About the Role- Manage all aspects of commercial and residential new build construction projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, resources, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to meet project objectives.
- Lead and motivate project teams to achieve quality outcomes while adhering to safety standards.
- Previous experience in managing commercial or residential new build construction projects.
- Strong understanding of commercial construction processes, contracts, and local government regulations.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Implement project strategies and tactics to drive business growth and profitability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Communicate project progress and performance metrics to stakeholders.
