Job Overview:

The role involves overseeing the full lifecycle of residential civil projects, encompassing subdivisions, roads, drainage, and earthworks. This includes leading project teams, supervisors, foremen, subcontractors, and engineers to deliver successful outcomes.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Lead the end-to-end delivery of residential civil projects, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and high-quality results.
  • Strategic Leadership: Direct project teams to drive successful project outcomes, focusing on strategic planning, operational management, and team collaboration.
  • Cost Optimization: Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cost control to optimize profitability while meeting project specifications and client expectations.
  • Process Improvement: Develop and implement strategies to enhance project delivery efficiency, address challenges such as labor shortages and supply chain disruptions, and improve overall project outcomes.
  • Risk Management: Ensure compliance with WHS regulations, environmental standards, and company policies, guaranteeing all projects meet safety, legal, and operational requirements.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong partnerships with developers, local authorities, subcontractors, and clients to support project success and secure repeat business.

This is a key position that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of civil construction practices.

Requirements:
  • Strong Project Management Skills: Proven ability to lead complex projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and budget control.
  • Leadership Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role, with a focus on strategic planning, team management, and process improvement.
  • Civil Construction Knowledge: In-depth understanding of civil construction practices, including subdivisions, roads, drainage, and earthworks.
