ERP System Administration Role

This is a key opportunity to leverage your technical expertise and contribute to the strategic growth of our organization.

We are seeking an experienced ERP system administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the administration, configuration, and monitoring of our ERP system, ensuring seamless integration with other business systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day administration of the ERP system, including user access and audit controls.
  • Apply patches, upgrades, and fixes to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver system enhancements and improvements.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ERP-related incidents and issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Relevant degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
  • Proven experience in ERP system administration, preferably with Civica Authority or similar platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of database management (SQL Server) and application patching.
  • Experience with cloud environments and SaaS-based ERP solutions.
  • Solid understanding of integration platforms, system security, and user access management.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage incidents and deliver timely resolutions.
