Enterprise System Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Enterprise System Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise resource planning systems, database management, and cloud computing.

  • This role is responsible for the administration, configuration, and monitoring of our enterprise resource planning system, ensuring optimal performance and security.
  • The successful candidate will also be responsible for applying patches, upgrades, and fixes to the system, as well as providing technical support and troubleshooting for ERP-related incidents and issues.

In addition to technical expertise, the successful candidate will possess excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline (or equivalent experience)
  • Demonstrated experience in ERP system administration (ideally Civica Authority or similar platforms)
  • Strong knowledge of database management (SQL Server), application patching, upgrades, and system monitoring
  • Experience with cloud environments, particularly SaaS-based ERP solutions
  • Solid understanding of integration platforms, system security, and user access management
