About The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Financial Counsellor to join our Moneycare program at The Salvation Army. As a key member of our team, you will provide holistic financial support and guidance to individuals and families in need.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement community-centred case plans to alleviate financial hardship and promote financial resilience.
  • Provide expert financial counselling and education to individuals and groups.
  • Collaborate with community members, services, and external parties to address complex financial issues.
  • Maintain accurate records and data in accordance with The Salvation Army standards and procedures.
