As a seasoned Engineer, you will develop and optimize cutting-edge physics or animation pipelines for our AAA game engine.

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in computer science, engineering, physics, or mathematics to join our Gameplay Team. Your primary responsibilities will include developing, designing, modifying, optimizing, and debugging physics or animation pipeline and engine systems. You will collaborate closely with the engineering, design, art, and productions teams to communicate features and drive innovation.

  • Design and implement efficient algorithms for physics simulations and animation behaviors.

  • Work closely with animators and engineers to prototype and implement new features that enhance character fidelity and believability.

  • Develop and maintain scalable workflows for building, improving, and debugging animation behaviors.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address technical challenges.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or Mathematics.

  • Strong math skills and knowledge of CPU and memory architectures.

  • Familiarity with modern CPU performance analysis tools and C/C++ programming languages.

  • Experience with game physics middleware APIs, rigid-body dynamics, collision detection, contact/collision resolution, and vehicle physics simulation.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
