Visual Effects Simulation Specialist

We are seeking a talented Visual Effects Simulation Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating realistic simulations of natural and magical phenomena using computer-generated imagery.
The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of simulation software, including Maya and Houdini. Experience with animation principles, pipeline issues, and scripting languages such as Python and Vex/Mel is also highly desirable.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Excellent knowledge of Maya and Houdini or other simulation software
- Thorough understanding of techniques and technologies related to FX simulation and procedural animation
- Previous experience producing effects such as smoke, fire, clouds, water, steam, and explosions
- Strong Python and/or Vex, Mel scripting skills
