Overview

As a strategic communicator, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive executive communications plans that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.

You will work closely with senior executives to craft compelling messages, develop engaging content, and create memorable events that showcase their leadership skills.

Key responsibilities include stakeholder management, leadership communications, written communication, content development, social media management, research and analysis, alignment with business objectives, and project management.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Qualified candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Operations, Communications, or a related field, and at least 8 years of experience in communications or a related field.

The ideal candidate will be a passionate storyteller with excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to articulate complex issues and formulate recommendations to various audiences.

Additionally, they must be self-motivated, proactive, and flexible, with a desire to work hard and drive results.

Other key qualifications include collaboration with multiple stakeholders, working effectively with senior executives, and managing multiple engagements simultaneously.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive executive communications plans that align with business objectives
  • Work closely with senior executives to craft compelling messages and develop engaging content
  • Manage social media presence, including developing and approving blog posts and other written content
  • Conduct research and analysis to inform communications strategies
  • Collaborate with the broader communications team and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Manage multiple engagements simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
