Job Title: Strategic Communications Specialist

Join a dynamic team to support the implementation of change and improve communications across the organization.

This role involves designing, developing and delivering multifaceted change and communications activities, including stakeholder and impact assessments, engagement, communication, training, support and business readiness.

  • Assist in implementing change and communications aspects of projects, ensuring the needs of key stakeholders are incorporated into strategies and plans.
  • Consult with stakeholders, business sponsors and project partners to determine outcomes of specific initiatives and aid future planning.
  • Evaluate and update information on intranet pages to keep stakeholders informed about committed and in-flight initiatives.

For this role, you will need:

  • Experience in change and communications aspects of projects, including stakeholder and impact assessment, engagement, communication, training, support and business readiness.
  • Ability to build relationships across teams and with external stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate confidently with diverse customers, colleagues and senior management.
