Lead Communications Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Communications Executive to play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering our communications vision across internal and external audiences.

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to join our team and contribute to driving innovation and growth. As a key member of our leadership group, you will work closely with the CEO, executive and senior leaders to strengthen our corporate reputation, engage key stakeholders and position us as a leader in our sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Integrated Communications Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive integrated communications strategy to support our corporate objectives, enhance our brand reputation and build market presence.
  • Communications Advisory: Serve as the primary communications advisor to the CEO, executives and senior leaders on corporate profile building, strategic messaging and reputational opportunities.
External Communications & Media Relations:
  • Media Engagement: Manage all corporate media engagement, including ASX announcements, product launches and thought leadership campaigns.
  • Industry Stakeholder Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key business, finance and technology journalists, as well as industry stakeholders.
Issues & Crisis Management:
  • Crisis Communication Response: Lead our issues management and crisis communication response, ensuring timely, accurate and aligned messaging.
  • External Communications Oversight: Act as the final approval point for all external communications, including media, social channels and executive speaking engagements.
Internal Communications & Culture:
  • All-Company Communications: Oversee all-company communications, including monthly town halls, weekly newsletters and intranet content, to drive engagement, transparency and connection across our organization.
  • Change Management: Partner with senior leaders to ensure clear and consistent messaging during periods of change.
Executive & Brand Storytelling:
  • Narrative Development: Craft compelling narratives for executives, including speeches, talking points and thought leadership content that positions us as a leader in our sector.
  • Corporate Profile-Raising: Identify and manage corporate award submissions and strategic profile-raising opportunities.
