Job Opportunity: Trainer And Assessor

We are seeking an experienced trainer to implement cutting-edge training processes and drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate engaging workshops for new employees on products, services, and processes.
  • Coordinate ongoing training to enhance customer service and ensure employees meet performance expectations.
  • Complete quality assurance to identify areas of improvement and provide constructive feedback.
  • Assist in problem-solving and dispute resolution when escalations arise.
  • Prepare and send communications regarding changes to processes, policies, and products.

Requirements:

  • Completed Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
  • Previous experience as a trainer for at least 2-3 years, ideally for a customer service team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Innovative thinking.
  • Knowledge in using sales force is ideal but not essential.
