Trainer Wanted for Painting and Decorating Certification

Alif Australia Pty Ltd, a CRICOS Registered Training Organisation (RTO), is seeking an enthusiastic trainer to join their academic team at the Parramatta campus. The position involves delivering vocational courses to international students.

This role requires a well-organized individual with strong interpersonal skills, evidence of ongoing professional development, and industry currency in each field. The candidate must also possess a solid knowledge of the NVR requirements for VET RTO's standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development of training materials that meet ASQA requirements
  • Participate in the regular Assessment validation and moderation process
  • Develop and ensure the implementation of learning materials as required
  • Ensure content delivery and interaction
  • Assess learner competency against various performance criteria

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or higher
  • A recognised qualification in each field (Hospitality, Business and General English)
  • Training and Assessment experience in the VET sector, including experience with student engagement, retention, and support strategies
  • Preferred minimum of a year teaching experience
  • Experience working with international students
