At Zarraffa's Coffee Bankstown, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Head Trainer to lead our team.

This key member will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through staff training and development. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others. A strong passion for coffee and understanding of brand values are essential.

The Head Trainer will oversee shifts, allocate breaks, reconcile till transactions, respond to customer feedback, and ensure smooth store operations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing day-to-day store activities

  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring efficient communication between staff and management

As a trainer, you will be expected to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, promoting business growth through effective leadership and teamwork. Your expertise in staff development, time management, and communication will drive success in this role.
