Job Description

We are seeking an experienced trainer and subject matter expert to deliver trade-based training programs. As a trainer and assessor, you will provide guidance, mentoring, and coaching to VET in School students.

  • Develop and deliver training programs for VET in School students.
  • Assess student performance and provide feedback.
  • Provide guidance, mentoring, and coaching to students.
  • Collaborate with other trainers and subject matter experts to develop and deliver training programs.

As a subject matter expert, you will assist trainers and assessors in the knowledge and performance areas while studying towards a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality training programs to meet industry standards.
  • Assess student performance using established criteria.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance training programs.
Requirements:
  • Qualified tradesperson in Engineering Fabrication or Mechanical.
  • Computer skills, including proficiency in software applications.
  • Ability to pass Working with Children and National Police Checks.
  • Proven track record in inspiring and motivating others.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
