We are seeking a suitably qualified and experienced trainer and assessor who wants to make a difference by supporting individuals to develop new industry skills and knowledge.

Our goal is to provide a comprehensive range of training solutions and services that offer industry vocational skill shortages and customized short courses to suit enterprise needs.

The successful candidate will conduct work-based face-to-face sessions, provide academic support and mentoring for students, assess students' knowledge and skills against defined marking criteria, record students' participation, progress, and assessment outcomes, participate in professional development activities, engage in validations and assessment moderation, and contribute to course development and review processes.

To be considered for this role, you must have a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or higher qualification in adult education, vocational competence in the qualifications being delivered, minimum 3 years of recent industry experience in transport and logistics, evidence of professional development as a trainer and assessor, experience with online learning management systems, strong communication skills, cultural sensitivities when working with diverse groups of students, and demonstrated understanding of the Principles of Assessment and Rules of Evidence.
