**Job Overview**
The Regional Sales Manager will lead teams of Territory Managers in acquiring new shops, upselling existing partners, and ensuring healthy and growing territories. They will work cross-functionally with peers to define and execute strategy, as well as partner with Implementation, Operations, and Product teams to optimize the customer journey.
**Key Responsibilities:**

**Requirements & Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 3+ years of full-cycle sales management experience (ideally outside or field sales)

- Loves data, process engineering, and using technology to enhance team's ability to succeed
