We are looking for a high-performing professional to drive new business, build relationships, and establish our presence in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, target, and close new business opportunities across ANZ.
  • Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy to drive adoption of our platform.
  • Own the full sales cycle – from prospecting to negotiation and close.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders including HR, L&D, IT, Boards and C-suite decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success to create a seamless sales process.
  • Use data-driven insights to optimise pipeline management and forecasting.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and winning new business.
  • Experience selling to commercial / mid-market and enterprise clients.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years in B2B transactional SaaS sales - 1-3 month sales cycles with deal size from $10,000 to $100,000
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, scale-up environment.
