Landscape Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Landscape Tradesperson to take on the role of Leading Hand/2IC.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supervise and coordinate jobsites
  • Manage project timelines and schedules
  • Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and contractors
  • Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and site presentation
  • Lead and mentor junior team members

Requirements for this role include:

  • Certification in Landscape Construction or equivalent trade qualification
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in landscape construction
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Ability to lead a job site and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • White card and driver's license (MR minimum) required
