The Opportunity

Davidson is seeking an experienced ICT Product & System Owner to lead the strategy, operation, and change management of the SuccessFactors Human Experience Management (HXM) system.

The Role

As a SuccessFactors Coordinator, you will be responsible for defining and driving the product strategy and roadmap, collaborating with SAP, other vendors, and internal stakeholders. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Anticipating and addressing future stakeholder needs to minimize last-minute changes.
  • Managing the product backlog, prioritizing requests, and clearly defining requirements.
  • Overseeing effective change management, ensuring smooth transitions and stakeholder preparedness.
  • Acting as the primary product expert, guiding internal stakeholders and support teams.
  • Fostering successful vendor relationships to enhance collaboration and product development.
About You

To be a successful applicant, you will have expert knowledge of SuccessFactors with a focus on Recruiting, Onboarding, and Employee Central. You will also possess:

  • A strong ability to manage competing priorities and demonstrate resilience in a dynamic environment.
  • A proven track record in change management for end users.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and driving a learning culture within teams.
