Job Opportunity

The Position:

  • We seek a skilled Senior BMS Project Engineer to lead the development and delivery of comprehensive building management solutions.
  • Responsibilities include designing, programming, and implementing advanced Niagara/Tridium BMS systems for HVAC, lighting, and energy management applications.
  • Integrate various IoT devices and protocols (BACnet, Modbus, MQTT, LoRaWAN) into sophisticated building systems.
  • Support and enhance existing solutions utilizing Node-RED, with a planned migration to AWS within the next 6–9 months.
  • Collaborate with software developers on cloud-based analytics and dashboards.
  • Provide technical assistance, remote troubleshooting, and maintenance for client systems.

About You:

  • Minimum 5 years' hands-on experience in BMS design, programming, and delivery is required.
  • Strong knowledge of Tridium Niagara and associated BMS protocols is essential.
  • A background in HVAC systems, controls, and energy optimization is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with Node-RED, SkySpark, or similar IoT platforms is advantageous.
  • A degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or Building Systems is preferred (or equivalent experience).
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment are necessary.
