We are seeking a Graduate BMS Engineer to join our specialist team. This full-time position offers flexible working arrangements, with the option to be based at our Bundoora or Bendigo office, alongside scheduled on-site work across Victoria.


What You'll Do
  • Learn to design, program, and commission BMS control systems under the guidance of experienced engineers
  • Assist in project delivery across all phases, from design to commissioning
  • Support the team with BMS maintenance and technical troubleshooting
  • Assist with estimating and tender preparation
  • Work alongside clients, contractors, and internal teams to deliver solutions
  • Contribute to switchboard design and drafting tasks

What You'll Need
  • Degree (or near completion) in Electrical, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering
  • Strong interest in building automation, HVAC controls, and sustainable technologies
  • Willingness to learn and develop technical, software, and networking skills
  • Good communication and organisational skills
  • Good computer, software, and networking skills
  • Valid driver's licence

Nice to Have
  • Exposure to BMS or PLC controls
  • Exposure to HVAC systems
  • Experience with AutoCAD or drafting software
