Senior BMS Engineering Manager Position

Melbourne

Our company is seeking an experienced BMS engineering manager to lead the delivery of complex building management systems (BMS), IoT and integration projects across Australia.

The role will be focused on leading a team of engineers, developing hardware and software systems, and working with clients to deliver high-profile projects. The successful candidate will have several years of experience in full BMS engineering, solutions design, programming, coding, graphics, and successfully commissioned many projects in their career to date.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of engineers to deliver complex BMS, IoT and integration projects
  • Develop hardware and software systems for BMS, IoT and integration
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver high-quality solutions
  • Successfully commission multiple projects and develop teams
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Stay at the forefront of industry trends and new technologies

Requirements:

  • Several years of experience in full BMS engineering, solutions design, programming, coding, graphics, etc.
  • Successful commissioning of multiple projects in your career to date
  • Lead and developed teams
  • Excellent communication and client management/leadership
  • At the forefront of the industry and new technologies
