Job Summary

Mental Health Professionals are sought to join a dynamic team in delivering acute outpatient care and supporting recovery and continuity of care in the community.


Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver timely consultation, assessment, treatment, and follow-up support for adults and their families across the Lower Mid North Coast.
  • Support consumers to transition from hospital to home, with medication monitoring, psychoeducation, relapse prevention, and coordinated support with local services.
  • Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team on a dynamic 7-day rotating roster to provide high-quality, person-centred care.

Essential Requirements
  • Hold a qualification in Occupational Therapy, Psychology, Nursing, or Social Work, with eligibility or membership of the relevant professional association / registration through AHPRA.
  • Eligibility to drive in NSW and interstate, and willingness to travel in the course of employment.
