As the Sales Director, you will be instrumental in crafting and executing innovative sales initiatives, pinpointing new business prospects, and fostering vital client relationships across our properties. Key Responsibilities

  • Spearheading and owning the commercial strategy and planning for Hotel & Events Sales
  • Enhancing trade performance to meet revenue and yield objectives
  • Attracting new clientele and managing relationships with key clients (both new and existing)
  • Collaborating with and coordinating diverse teams (marketing, sales, property hotel & events teams)
  • Evaluating the performance of commercial activities using key metrics and preparing reports for senior management
  • Effectively leading a large sales team

  • Proven success in executing strategic plans within a dynamic commercial framework
  • Expertise in establishing and nurturing strong, profitable partnerships with key clients
  • Demonstrated ability to cultivate and lead a high-performance culture
